it’s an alfred angelo disney signature dress - the cinderella. i had actually gone to a trunk show to try on the powder blue cinderella dresses celebrating the anniversary of cinderella and was seconds away from choosing a powder blue one (with bows on the skirt like Cindy!) but decided to go with the classic. the most outer layer of tulle is actually glitter and the thing just sparkles constantly under light.
my hair piece is from giant dwarf (click for the etsy shop!) - a constellation crown made of german glitter glass in silver. i couldn’t decide what i wanted as a veil - nothing seemed to be me until giant dwarf happened.
i wore bordello shoes in a classic glass rhinestone to emulate glass slippers. i had to go all out…clearly. they were uncomfortable. i rolled my ankle at least 10 times and almost took a digger into the creak while crossing the stone bridge.
my necklace and bracelet belonged to my great grandmother which was passed down to my grandmother and then to me - both from the late 1800s. made of white gold and diamonds. most beautiful pieces i’ve ever seen and i felt more than honored to be able to wear them.
